STEP 1
How to bake yeast buns with strawberry jam? We take all the necessary products. Instead of strawberry or wild strawberry jam, you can use any other jam to suit your taste. The main thing is that it is thick. You can also take jam, confiture.
STEP 2
We will prepare the dough for the buns using the sponge method. We dilute raw yeast in warm milk. You can also take dry ones and dilute them in milk.
STEP 3
Pour sugar into a bowl with yeast and sift flour, mix until smooth. Place the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes.
STEP 4
Foam should rise, which means the yeast is working. If there is no foam, you will have to replace the yeast with another, otherwise the baked goods will not rise.

Pour sugar into the dough and break the raw egg, mix well.
STEP 6
Pour in vegetable oil and add salt.
STEP 7
Add flour and knead into a thick dough. You may need more or less flour - it all depends on its moisture content and the percentage of gluten. It is best to focus on the desired consistency of the dough and adjust the amount of flour for it. After kneading, the dough should be left warm for 1 hour. Be sure to cover it with a towel or lid.

The dough will rise right up to the lid and fill the container.

Take the dough out of the bowl and form into a smooth ball.

Roll out with a rolling pin into a layer 1 centimeter thick. We cut out circles with a diameter of 5-6 mm, remove the excess dough and use it in the same way.

Place 1 teaspoon of jam on each flatbread.
STEP 12
Gather the edges and pinch. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes to rise.

Mix flour, cold butter and sugar for crumbs.

Grind with a fork or chop with a knife to make crumbs.
STEP 15
Grease the buns with vegetable oil and sprinkle with crumbs. Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees.

Bake the buns for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 17
