STEP 1

How to make fluffy dough for yeast buns using water? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to sifting, the dough rises better and the products from it are more fluffy.
STEP 2

Heat the water for the dough until warm (34-38 degrees). At this temperature, the yeast will work actively and the dough will rise well. Pour dry yeast, salt and sugar into warm water. Mix.
STEP 3

Melt the butter separately. This can be done in the microwave. The melted butter should not be hot. Cool until warm and add to bowl. Stir in the butter.
STEP 4

Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Use the dough as a guide to the amount of flour. You may need a little more or less than what is indicated in the recipe. The finished dough will be soft, tender and pliable. To prevent it from sticking to your hands, grease them with vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place to rise.
STEP 5

When the dough has risen, knead it with your hands, place it on the table and prepare delicious aromatic pastries from it.
STEP 6

I cooked the buns in the oven. The filling can be either sweet or not. Can be made without filling. When you have formed the products (buns or pies), leave them on the table for 10 minutes. Then brush the top with yolk and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy cooking!
