The whole family loves homemade bread. I bake according to different recipes. I decided to try this recipe) What I like about the bread maker is that I put in all the ingredients, press the button, and it works) I really liked the ingredients, I especially like adding powdered milk. The first thing that surprised me when I took out the bread was that it was simply very tall. The gramming in the recipe is the same as for a small loaf (in my instructions for the bread machine). According to my recipe from the instructions, the loaf came out in two! times lower. Well, the bread came out very fluffy! I was also surprised by the taste. It looks like a bun, that’s true, at least spread it with jam and eat it for breakfast instead of a bun. The most tender and delicious) The crumb is as airy as a cloud, fluffy, beautiful! I have been baking bread for about 6 months. and this is my favorite recipe. I know it by heart. Family and friends always ask for this bread! Sometimes I change it a little - I add some other flour (buckwheat, flaxseed or rye), but I don’t change the gram of “general” flour. If desired, I can add flax seed, sunflower seed or hemp seed. But the basis is your recipe! Thanks a lot!!!

I also bake bread in a bread machine. Only I have a slightly different recipe. I always add fried onions, since my family only requires onion bread, made with whey or kefir, or in extreme cases, water. You are absolutely right - there is nothing better than homemade bread. Moreover, in the photo your bread looks very beautiful and appetizing.

I baked this bread today. Very tasty. I laid the egg C1. The top sank a little as it cooled, but this did not spoil the overall impression. I really liked that the top is thin and soft. I baked classic bread on the mode (in Moulinex it is called bread without salt), set 750g, light crust.
