STEP 1
How to make white bread in a bread machine? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift premium flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the finished bread will be more porous and airy.
STEP 2
Pour the required amount of water into the bread machine bowl and break the egg.
STEP 3
Add salt, sugar, milk powder and soft butter.
STEP 4
Add sifted flour and yeast.
STEP 5
Place the bowl in the bread machine and turn on the main mode, the weight of the loaf is 700 grams, the color of the crust is medium. For me this regime lasts 2 hours 55 minutes. At the beginning of kneading the dough, you can open the bread maker and check the consistency of the dough (add a little flour or water if necessary). After finishing the dough kneading stage, you should never open the bread maker, otherwise the bread will be spoiled!
STEP 6
After the specified time, the bread maker will beep when ready. Remove the bread from the bowl.
STEP 7
The finished loaf is a beautiful golden color with an incredible aroma. Wrap it in a towel and cool. The finished bread cuts perfectly. Enjoy your meal!
