Let's prepare the products. Heat the whey until it is warm. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

You need to quench the soda in warm whey.

Add vegetable oil to the whey and mix well.

Now add sugar and mix well until it dissolves.

Sift the flour and add one glass first.

Mix well so that there are no lumps.

Then add flour a little at a time and knead the dough. Everyone's flour is different, use your dough to determine how much to add.

The finished dough is very smooth and does not stick to your hands at all)

Roll out the dough into a layer 5-6 mm thick. If you want very crispy cookies, roll out thinner)
STEP 10
Use any cookie cutter to cut out cookies)

Cover a baking sheet with parchment (I have a silicone mat) - lay out our preparations and place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Keep an eye on the cookies - everyone's oven bakes them differently, so don't overdry them.

During the baking process, the cookies will rise well and the edges will brown.
