STEP 1

How to cook Artek wheat porridge with milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Milk can be used at any fat content. And the proportions of milk and water can be changed to your taste. You can even make porridge entirely with milk, eliminating water altogether. I will use 2% fat milk and a little water.
STEP 2

Pour milk and water into a small saucepan. Add a pinch of salt and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Based on sweetness, adjust to your taste. You can add a little more or less sugar. Place the pan on the fire and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
STEP 3

While the milk is heating, prepare the cereal. Rinse it several times in water, and then drain all the water completely. To do this, pour the cereal into a fine strainer and wait until all the water has drained.
STEP 4

When the milk boils, put all the washed cereals into it and stir. Stirring, cook the porridge for 10 minutes. To prevent foam from forming on the milk, stir the porridge slowly throughout this time.
STEP 5

During this time, wheat cereal will already increase significantly in volume. Remove it from the heat, cover the pan with a lid and leave to brew for another 10-15 minutes. You can leave it on the stove or wrapped in a warm blanket.
STEP 6

The porridge absorbs the remaining milk and becomes thicker. If you leave it to sit longer, it will thicken even more. If you want a thinner porridge, add hot milk.
STEP 7

Place the prepared wheat porridge on prepared plates. If desired, you can add butter or fresh berries. This delicious porridge will become indispensable in your daily diet. Bon appetit!
