You can even make porridge entirely with milk, eliminating water altogether. I will use 2% fat milk and a little water.

    Pour milk and water into a small saucepan. Add a pinch of salt and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Based on sweetness, adjust to your taste. You can add a little more or less sugar. Place the pan on the fire and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    While the milk is heating, prepare the cereal. Rinse it several times in water, and then drain all the water completely. To do this, pour the cereal into a fine strainer and wait until all the water has drained.

    When the milk boils, put all the washed cereals into it and stir. Stirring, cook the porridge for 10 minutes. To prevent foam from forming on the milk, stir the porridge slowly throughout this time.

For breakfast I prepared Artek wheat porridge with milk. I haven’t seen this kind of cereal in our stores for a long time, so I took regular wheat.
