STEP 1
How to quickly and very simply prepare lean wheat-buckwheat pancakes without adding chicken eggs and milk, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for making lean homemade pancakes from yeast dough.
STEP 2
To prepare the dough, take a large bowl and put three hundred and twenty grams of premium wheat flour, two hundred and ten grams of buckwheat flour into it, then add a fifth of a teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of sugar into it.
STEP 3
Pour five grams of dry instant yeast into a large large bowl and mix all the dry ingredients well.
STEP 4
Pour half of seven hundred and fifty milliliters of warm boiled water into a bowl with dry ingredients, then mix all the ingredients together and knead the yeast base for the dough.
STEP 5
Pour the remaining warm boiled water into a common bowl and continue mixing all the ingredients until you obtain the required yeast dough consistency, then cover the bowl with a lid and place it in a warm place for one hour.
STEP 6
After time has passed, stir the well-risen dough in a bowl and release all the carbon dioxide that has formed from it, then cover the bowl with the dough again and put it in a warm place for thirty minutes.
STEP 7
Take a suitable frying pan and place it on the stove, then grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil and heat it, then take the required amount of dough in a bowl with a ladle and distribute it in the frying pan, then place it on the stove and fry the pancake over medium heat for about four minutes with one sides.
STEP 8
Turn the pancake over in the pan and continue frying until the second side is fully cooked.
STEP 9
Place the prepared lean wheat-buckwheat pancakes from the frying pan onto a plate and serve.
