Walnut and cinnamon buns
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare yeast-free dough. Dissolve dry yeast in warm milk, add sugar, vanilla, mix.
STEP 2
Add the egg and beat with a whisk.
STEP 3
Pour this mixture into the sifted flour, add salt and softened butter.
STEP 4
Knead the dough into a soft, slightly sticky dough. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, transfer the dough into it, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. You may need a little less or more flour.
STEP 5
Let's prepare the filling. Dry the nuts in a frying pan and chop them. Mix with melted butter and sugar.
STEP 6
Add cinnamon and a little milk to the filling to dilute it to a paste.
STEP 7
The dough has risen. Grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead.
STEP 8
Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangle approximately 1-1.5 cm thick. Distribute the filling.
