How to make vermicelli with minced meatballs? Prepare the necessary products. You can use any minced meat: pork, beef or mixed. I have pork and beef. Olive oil can be replaced with any odorless vegetable oil. An alternative to Parmesan can be any hard cheese. Vermicelli can be replaced with any pasta. This time I took spaghetti made from durum wheat.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Turn the meatballs over so they brown evenly on all sides.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Pour broth into the pan. You can use any broth. If there is no broth, add a little water. Simmer the meatballs covered over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. During this time, the meatballs will be ready. Do not remove the meat juice released during stewing from the pan.

I made the second recipe for vermicelli with meatballs in a frying pan. Pasta with a variety of meat products has been on our family menu for a long time. And meatballs with vermicelli, spaghetti, horns, with or without sauce are just a hit. When I started cooking, I first started with the minced meat; it was pork. I combined it with grated onion, egg and salt. I did not add pepper, cheese or herbs. To add a spicy note, I added a grated clove of garlic to the minced meat. Having formed the meatballs, I fried them in vegetable oil (replacing olive oil). When they were well browned, I poured some water into the frying pan and closed the lid. Leave it on low heat for 10 minutes. After that, I put the cooked pasta in the roasting pan (I had feathers), stirred it and left it to warm up for 2 minutes. It turned out to be a tasty and satisfying second dish for lunch! I liked the meatballs for their juiciness and aroma, as did the pasta soaked in meat juice. The feathers, cooked al dente, cooked well with the meatballs in the fryer, becoming soft and appetizing. Thank you very much for the recipe!
