STEP 1
All ingredients for marinating beef are placed in a marinating container.
STEP 2
Mix together and rub the pieces of meat well with them. Cover the container with a lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least twelve hours.
STEP 3
To prepare the glaze, place all the spices in a saucepan and heat until boiling, stirring occasionally. Boil for three minutes. Next, leave to cool to room temperature.
STEP 4
Fry the steaks over the fire until the meat is cooked to the required temperature.
STEP 5
Then, five degrees before cooking, rub the meat on all sides with glaze. And fry to the specified temperature.
STEP 6
Let the steaks cool. The dish is ready. Bon appetit!
