Veal in foil baked in the New Year's oven
Juicy tender veal that melts in your mouth. What could be tastier than a good piece of meat? Veal according to this recipe is obtained without the characteristic “milky” taste and is very tasty both hot and cold.

Wash the veal, dry it with paper towels, cut off all the films and veins, fry in olive oil over high heat for literally 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

Cut the onion into thin rings
STEP 4

Fold the foil in 2 layers, shiny side up, place the onion on it in one layer
STEP 5

Place garlic slices on the onion
STEP 6

Place veal on a bed of onions and garlic
STEP 7

Pepper and salt
STEP 8

Sprinkle with dried basil or other aromatic herbs
STEP 9

Sprinkle with a mixture of ground peppers and rub the veal well on all sides with salt and spices.
STEP 10

Place a piece of butter on top
STEP 11

Wrap the meat in foil, sealing the edges well.
STEP 12

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour
