Only then I didn’t understand how you can mix rice and vermicelli) Now I’ve prepared this interesting dish myself. For this I took web vermicelli and long grain rice, although it was not steamed. But during cooking, the rice did not fall apart and remained intact. I fried vermicelli and rice in butter prepared in advance with the addition of parsley and garlic. After absorbing the water, the rice was not quite ready yet, I added a little water and after five minutes the dish was ready. Very fast and easy! I liked this combination, my son and husband did too. An interesting side dish, it can be varied with various spices.
