STEP 1
How to make juicy turkey with cheese in a frying pan? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list! You can use turkey fillet from the breast or thigh of the bird.
STEP 2
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut it lengthwise into 2-3 pieces depending on the thickness of the fillet.
STEP 3
Cover each piece with film and beat lightly with a hammer, trying to maintain the integrity of the meat. There should be no holes in the meat through which cheese could leak out during frying. If the integrity of the meat cannot be achieved, you can cover the resulting holes with other meat slices.
STEP 4
Sprinkle each piece with dry garlic, turkey spices, salt and pepper.
STEP 5
Cut the cheese into thin slices. You can select the types of cheese to suit your taste. I use regular Russian cheese, but you can use mozzarella, suluguni, etc.
STEP 6
Place 2-3 pieces of cheese on one side of the chop.
STEP 7
Fold the chop in half so that the cheese and spices are inside. Form the remaining chops in the same way.
STEP 8
Beat the eggs thoroughly with a fork until the white and yolk are well combined.
STEP 9
First dip the chops on all sides into the beaten eggs.
STEP 10
Then roll both sides thoroughly in breadcrumbs. You can take ready-made store-bought breadcrumbs or make your own from dried and crushed white bread.
STEP 11
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat, add the chops and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. If the meat is cut thin enough, it will also cook quickly.
STEP 12
Transfer the finished chops to a plate and serve hot. Bon appetit!
