STEP 1
How to make baked turkey wings in the oven? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. You can replace or add ingredients for the marinade to your taste. For example, add grated ginger, lemon juice, chili pepper, etc. You can use any honey. I have buckwheat.
STEP 2
Wash the turkey wings and dry them. Turkey wings are large. You can marinate and bake them whole or cut them into an elbow part and a meatier shoulder part. Stores often sell just one part of the wings. I have 4 shoulder parts.
STEP 3
Place the wings in a bowl. Add garlic cloves passed through a press, soy sauce, vegetable oil, liquid honey, suneli hops, salt and pepper. You can replace fresh garlic with 2 tsp. dry.
STEP 4
Mix everything thoroughly. Place the wings to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. About half an hour before cooking, turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
STEP 5
Place turkey wings in a baking dish. Bake the wings in an oven preheated to 180ºC for about 1 hour until cooked. If you have the elbow part, then you will need less time. Or pour the marinade into the pan and turn the wings periodically while baking.
