STEP 1
How to fry turkey schnitzel in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. If necessary, defrost the meat in advance (read the article below for information on how to do this correctly). If possible, use finely ground corn flour. Wash raw eggs and poultry meat and dry with napkins. Instead of turkey, you can use chicken breasts. Cut the turkey fillet into even slices 1 cm thick and lightly pound the meat on both sides.
STEP 2
Next we need three bowls. Break one egg into the first bowl, pour in 2 tbsp. l. water, add a pinch of salt.
STEP 3
Lightly beat the egg mixture with a whisk or fork until smooth.
STEP 4
Mix wheat flour in a second bowl with paprika, ground black pepper and salt.
STEP 5
Mix the dry mixture well. Place fine cornmeal in a third bowl.
STEP 6
Before starting this step, heat a greased frying pan on the stove. Dredge each turkey slice on both sides in a bowl with the flour mixture.
STEP 7
Then dip into the egg mixture.
STEP 8
And roll in cornmeal. Place the schnitzel preparation in a heated frying pan with oil. Repeat the procedure until there is room for the schnitzels in the pan. Usually this is two servings.
STEP 9
Fry the schnitzels in vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side. The exact frying time depends on the selected cookware, stove and thickness of the meat.
