STEP 1

How to make turkey drumstick in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. The size and weight of the drumsticks depends on the age of the bird. I had 2 drumsticks weighing about 500g each. You can replace it with one large drumstick weighing about 1 kg.
STEP 2

Rinse the turkey legs well in running water and pull out the feathers, if any. Dry well with paper towels.
STEP 3

STEP 6

Pour in the beer. You can take any beer, dark or light. I have dark beer.
STEP 7

Place turkey drumsticks in skillet. Place orange slices on the sides. The frying pan should be large enough to fit the drumsticks.
STEP 8

Simmer everything covered over medium heat until most of the beer has evaporated. Turn the drumsticks every 10 minutes so that they are evenly soaked in the marinade.
STEP 9

At the end of the turkey drumstick, coat all sides with soy-honey sauce and continue cooking until golden brown.
STEP 10

Place the finished juicy turkey drumsticks on a plate, garnish with fresh herbs, fresh orange slices and serve. Bon appetit!
