Turkey cutlets with corn delicious sauce

STEP 1

Before I started cooking the cutlets, I first baked the sweet peppers in a preheated oven at 200°. I wrapped the pepper in foil and baked until done. Then she put it in a saucepan for a few minutes, covering it tightly with a lid (this helps remove the peel better). While the pepper is cooling, I started preparing the cutlets.
STEP 2

I took white stale bread, because it doesn’t go sour in water like fresh bread. I cut off thick crusts and broke them into pieces, and then soaked them in a small amount of ordinary water (I used boiled water). You can pour milk over the bread, this will give a creamy taste to the bread and then to the cutlets.
STEP 3

I made minced turkey fillet using a blender (meat grinder). Finely chopped green onions. I combined minced meat, egg, corn without juice, bread squeezed out of water and chopped green onions. I salted everything to taste, peppered with freshly ground black pepper and mixed well.
STEP 4

I made small cutlets and fried them lightly on both sides in a small amount of vegetable oil, which I preheated. Then I covered it with foil and put the pan in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 5

While the cutlets were in the oven, I started preparing the sauce. I removed the seeds and stalk from the pepper, peeled it and cut it into small cubes. Peeled all the garlic and finely chopped it. I squeezed the juice out of the lemon. Then I combined the sweet pepper with dill, chopped garlic, poured in lemon juice, added tomato sauce, salted everything and mixed everything.
STEP 6

I poured hot sauce over the finished cutlets, which were still hot. The dish is ready and can be served. For decoration, you can sprinkle with chopped green onions and canned corn.
