STEP 1
How to make turkey breast in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary products. If the turkey fillet is frozen, first defrost it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Choose seasonings and spices according to your taste and desire. Olive oil can be replaced with any refined vegetable oil.
STEP 2
Rinse the turkey fillet under cold water. Dry the fillets thoroughly to remove excess moisture. Cut the breast into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.
STEP 3
Lightly pound each piece of turkey on both sides with a mallet. This will soften the meat fibers, and the finished meat will be softer and more tender. To keep the work surface dry and clean, cover the pieces with cling film while beating.
STEP 4
Sprinkle each piece of breast with salt, herbs and spices on both sides. Massage the fillet well so that the spices penetrate the meat well. I used suneli hops. You can use any spices you like. They will give the main taste and aroma to the finished dish.
STEP 5
Place all the breast pieces in a convenient bowl and pour olive oil over them. Leave a little oil to grease the pan. Mix the meat well and leave to marinate for 25-30 minutes. During this time, the fillet will be saturated with oil, which will make it juicier. And the spices will reveal their taste and aroma.
STEP 6
Grease a frying pan with a little olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Place the breast pieces into the pan. Fry the turkey on one side until golden brown. It will seal the meat juices inside the piece, keeping it juicy.
STEP 7
Turn the fillet over to the other side and fry until golden brown. At the end, turn down the heat so that the meat cooks evenly until done.
STEP 8
Serve turkey breast with any side dish, fresh or baked vegetables. Bon appetit!
