Trifles in Snickers cups
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make trifles in Snickers cups? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. It’s better to start cooking with a biscuit. Take the highest grade flour. If you wish, you can make trifles with white sponge cake. In this case, replace the cocoa with the same amount of flour.
STEP 2
In a deep bowl, combine the eggs and sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy and light in color.
STEP 3
Add the flour and cocoa sifted through a sieve and beat the dough again at low speed until smooth.
STEP 4
Pour the dough into a parchment-lined baking dish (Ø 20 cm) and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven. If the mold is silicone, you do not need to grease it with anything.
STEP 5
Cool the finished sponge cake on a wire rack and break into pieces or cut into cubes. The sponge cake can be prepared in advance the evening before and let it stand overnight at room temperature.
STEP 6
Now prepare the caramel.
STEP 7
Heat the cream over low heat, but do not boil.
STEP 8
Melt sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. When the sugar begins to melt, stir it with a wooden or silicone spatula until it turns amber in color. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
STEP 9
Pour hot cream into the melted sugar and stir quickly. Then add butter and salt and stir.
STEP 10
You should get a homogeneous flowing mixture. Cool the caramel to room temperature.
STEP 11
Prepare the ingredients for the cheese cream. You can adjust the proportions of curd cheese and boiled condensed milk to your taste. You can use roasted unsalted peanuts. I used salty to slightly dilute the sweetness of the dessert with a salty note. Curd cheese can be replaced with processed cream cheese without additives.
STEP 12
In a bowl, combine curd cheese and boiled condensed milk and beat with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 13
For the cream, you can use ready-made store-bought cream or whip it yourself. In addition to this cream, any other cream, for example, custard, will be suitable.
STEP 14
Beat the cold cream with a mixer with powdered sugar until stiff, stable peaks form. You can adjust the amount of powdered sugar to your taste.
STEP 15
In clear glasses or glasses, layer some of the sponge cake, curd cream, peanuts, caramel and whipped cream. Repeat the layers again. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak.
STEP 16
Before serving, pour the remaining salted caramel over the dessert, sprinkle with peanuts, and garnish with mint. Bon appetit!
