I made tomatoes for the winter with parsley using this recipe. I used 2-liter jars and increased the number of ingredients for filling. When I drained the hot water from the jar, I got about a liter of liquid. I poured it once, because my tomatoes are homemade and have thin skins. I liked the way of pouring salt and sugar directly into the jar; bulk ingredients dissolve well in boiling water). To measure, I always use one spoon, this time I poured it with a small hill. In addition to parsley, I also added a leaf of cherry and black currant for flavor. I didn’t have ready-made vinegar, so I diluted the essence using a special calculator on the site. The tomatoes have been in jars for four days now, the brine is clean). I think they will be delicious, sweet, aromatic in winter! Thanks for the recipe!

In August I rolled up two three-liter jars of tomatoes and parsley. Therefore, for the winter I increased the amount of all components proportionally. It's November, I couldn't resist opening one. Everyone liked it! Thanks for the recipe!
