STEP 1
How to make tomatoes with parsley for the winter? Prepare all the necessary products indicated in the recipe. It is better to take seasonal tomatoes, fleshy ones with thick skin. STEP 2
To determine the exact number of tomatoes, place them in an empty jar and fill the container to the top.
STEP 3
Wash the tomatoes and parsley. Peel the garlic and rinse. The amount of garlic, like parsley, can be adjusted to taste.
STEP 4
Wash and rinse jars and lids well. Sterilize them in any way available to you. The article at the end of this recipe will help you choose a sterilization method. Place some parsley and garlic, chopped into 2-4 parts, at the bottom of the jar. Also add a few peas of allspice or black pepper and cloves.
STEP 5
Place the tomatoes and remaining parsley in a jar.
STEP 6
Fill everything with boiling water up to the neck, cover with lids and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
STEP 7
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes a second time, cover with lids and leave again for 20 minutes.
STEP 8
Drain the water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil a third time.
STEP 9
Pour salt and sugar into a jar, and also pour in vinegar. Fill the jars with boiling water to the top and close the lids. Turn the workpiece upside down and wrap it in a warm blanket. Leave it this way until it cools completely, and then put the tomatoes in a cool, dark place for storage.
