Tomatoes in Czech style

Excellent vegetable preparation. Marinate and enjoy the winter! I really liked Czech tomatoes for the winter - it turns out tasty and spicy. Can be stored directly at room temperature. I tried to make it without oil - it’s also tasty and useful for those who don’t eat oil.

For the first time I covered tomatoes in Czech style for the winter. A very interesting combination of products in a jar for me. I usually cover the vegetables separately. And here in one jar there are tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and garlic. I cut everything as indicated in the recipe and made the marinade. I placed the vegetables in layers in sterile jars as described in the recipe, poured them with hot marinade and sterilized them in boiling water. The jars of Czech salad lasted well until winter. An excellent vegetable preparation that pleased us very much with its taste. The tomatoes do not fall apart, they are very tender and tasty. The sweet pepper turned out crispy. The onion rings were slightly soft and the garlic was perfectly marinated. The vegetables turned out very tasty and spicy, and the marinade was absolutely amazing. I will make this recipe again and recommend everyone to try it. Thanks to the author!
