Pour boiling water over ripe tomatoes and remove the skin.

Cut into slices.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Stir the eggs.

Add sour cream.

Add flour and salt here, mix well so that there are no lumps.

Add grated cheese to the batter and mix.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and spoon out the battered tomato pieces (I laid out the batter first, crushed the tomatoes with a piece, and spread the batter on top again).

For breakfast I decided to cook tomatoes in batter with cheese. I needed two servings, so I reduced the amount of ingredients. I did everything according to the recipe. I especially want to note the method of using batter. It seems so elementary, but I didn’t think of it before. The batter does not drain from the tomato slices and excess moisture does not get into the batter itself. Breakfast turned out great!!! Wonderful cheese pancakes with a juicy tomato inside.
