Usually I make a marinade based on water, but here there is no water, but instead apple juice, thanks to which the tomatoes acquire a unique taste and aroma. Use fleshy tomatoes for cooking, I used “cream”, instead of apple juice you can add apple and grape juice. Yield: 2 liter jars.
