I made a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. I really liked this version of a quick salad. I immediately felt the fresh smell of vegetables and herbs, a whiff of summer. Cucumbers are not bitter, so I didn’t remove the skin. I cut the vegetables into cubes and the onion into half rings. Instead of dill I added fresh parsley. Dressed the salad with unscented sunflower oil and sea salt. Great salad! Vegetables and herbs harmonize well, and the onion added spice and piquancy to a simple salad. Great summer salad! I cook it all summer, sometimes adding sweet peppers. This year I made it for the first time and immediately felt the real summer mood. I didn’t have dill, so I did without it, but in general, greens are more aromatic, of course. I used unrefined sunflower oil; it seems to me that it suits this wonderful salad best. Sometimes I add corn or mustard oil to it. It also produces a very original taste. I also added a little sugar, because... The tomatoes were not sweet. The salad went perfectly with the fried potatoes.
