STEP 2

So, wash the tomatoes and dry them with paper napkins. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Use a sharp knife to ensure even slices. Place the tomatoes in a deep container.
STEP 3

Peel the onion, rinse and cut into thin feathers or half rings. Add to tomatoes.
STEP 4

Rinse and dry the chili peppers and herbs. Use chili as desired. It can be replaced with dried pepper flakes or completely excluded from the recipe. Parsley, cilantro or dill are excellent greens.
