I really love tiramisu, but I prefer to cook it without eggs, so I liked the recipe for tiramisu without eggs with mascarpone in a hurry. After assembly, my tiramisu lay in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to stabilize, and then was devoured in an instant. The cream was 10% and at first the cream turned out just liquid, I went to buy more mascarpone for thickness. Therefore, advice for beginners: when you pour in the cream, make sure that the contents of the plate remain thick and do not turn into slurry) PS. In the form where the largest tiramisu is, I forgot to put the second row and realized this only when everyone had already eaten everything)) I was still wondering why there were so many servings) But I tried all types of folding from the recipe (mold, on a plate, in a glass).

Good recipe. But for some reason I put in 10 tablespoons of powder, but my husband said that there wasn’t enough sweetness. My cake is not very sweet.
