STEP 1

How to make tiramisu without eggs with mascarpone in a hurry at home? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take heavy cream. Brew aromatic coffee. Choose high-quality cocoa powder without additives, although you can use grated chocolate instead.

Using a whisk or spatula, stir the cheese and powder until smooth. If you wish, you can use a mixer, just beat at minimum speed and not for long.

Pour the heavy cream into a large container and whip until soft peaks form. By the way, don’t forget that the cream should be cold to whip it well, and you can also cool the mixer container and whisks further.

Add whipped cream to the cheese mixture in small portions.

Mix the cream carefully with a whisk or spatula. Our tiramisu cream is ready.

Next, pour the freshly brewed cooled coffee into a deep plate and add cognac or rum to it. Optionally, if you don’t like strong drinks or plan to serve dessert to children, you can skip the alcohol altogether.

Dip the savoiardi biscuits into the coffee, one at a time. You need to dip literally for 2-3 seconds, as the cookies get soggy pretty quickly.

Place the biscuits soaked in coffee in a thick layer on the bottom of the mold. As for the mold, I used a regular bread mold measuring 13x24 cm, which I covered with baking paper, and I also prepared tiramisu in portions (in glasses and immediately on a plate).

Cover the cookie layer with the prepared cream and smooth it out.

Next, again lay out a layer of cookies dipped in coffee and cover it again with cream.
STEP 12

Sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top of the tiramisu. Place our dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or more, only after that the cream will harden a little and the tiramisu will be easy to cut into portions. If you cut it right away, the pieces will not turn out neat.

By the way, if you wish, if you don’t have a suitable form or you just don’t want to play with slicing, or wait for the dessert to sit, then you can assemble the tiramisu directly on a plate, this is especially convenient if you need to make a small number of servings. In this case, it is most convenient to apply the cream using a pastry bag with a regular round nozzle.

But, if you need to make a lot of servings, then I advise you to collect tiramisu in glasses.
