Tiramisu on cognac with vanilla extract

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Brew strong coffee. We will need 400 ml.
STEP 2

We divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Proteins 3 pcs. yolks 5 pcs.
STEP 3

Add 100 g of powdered sugar to the yolks. I do not recommend replacing it with sugar, as powdered sugar dissolves instantly.
STEP 4

Add Mascarpone cheese to the yolk mixture, only it, other cheeses will not work. 500 g.
STEP 5

Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar (optional, but it tastes better)
STEP 6

Beat the whites to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt.
STEP 7

Add the whipped whites to the cheese mixture.
STEP 8

Pour strong coffee into a convenient container.
STEP 9

Pour a little cognac into the coffee. If children eat, we do not add cognac.
STEP 10

Dip the savoiardi sugar side into the coffee, keeping it there for a couple of seconds. Immediately put it in the form in which the dessert will be assembled.
STEP 11

Place cream on top of the biscuit.
STEP 12

We repeat this until the space runs out.
STEP 13

There should always be cream at the end.
STEP 14

Take larger dishes, I ended up with a pile. Place this dessert in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
STEP 15

Finally, sprinkle with bitter cocoa.
