  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make thin, tender pizza like in a pizzeria? Prepare the ingredients for the dough. Use premium flour. Any vegetable oil will do. I have olive. Before purchasing yeast, read the instructions. We need yeast that is diluted with liquid - in this case, water. Read about the types of yeast and how to replace them in recipes in the article below the steps.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a deep bowl, mix warm water heated to 40°C, sugar, salt and yeast. The water should be warm, but not scalding, otherwise the yeast in it will die. Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes. There should be a foam cap on the surface. This means that the yeast is active and you can knead the dough further. If this does not happen, you need to use other yeast; baking will not work with this.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add most of the sifted flour and olive oil and knead into a soft, homogeneous dough, adding remaining flour if necessary. Depending on the quality of flour, you may need a little more or a little less. You can read more about flour and its properties in a separate article, link at the end of the recipe.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

If the dough is still sticky and you need even more flour than the recipe calls for, it is better not to overfill the dough with flour, otherwise the finished dough will be too dense and tasteless. Let it remain slightly sticky. The stickiness will go away as the dough rises and rolls out.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. I place in a preheated, slightly warm oven. The dough rises very well in it.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Now prepare the ingredients for the tomato sauce. You can use ready-made store-bought pizza sauce.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

In a bowl, mix tomato paste, hot chili sauce, sugar and salt. If the tomato paste is very thick, you can dilute it with water.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    Now prepare the filling.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Cut the sausage into slices. Cut the tomato into slices.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into rings.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. For this recipe, you can use brine and unbrine mozzarella, as well as any cheese of your choice that melts well.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Roll out the risen dough and distribute it onto a pizza pan or baking sheet. Read about how to choose a baking dish in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Brush the top of the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle with dried oregano.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Arrange slices of sausage, tomatoes and sweet pepper rings.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Scatter mozzarella slices and olives on top. Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 250°C for 5-7 minutes or a little longer until done. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, link at the end of the recipe.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Cut the finished pizza into pieces and serve immediately. Bon appetit!

Today I baked pizza according to the recipe for thin pizza like in a pizzeria. The pizza dough turned out to be fluffy and tall. I also send it to proof in a warm oven, where it fits perfectly. I took a small baking sheet, so the pizza dough I made was not very thin. But the pizza came out very tasty! Both the crumb and the filling are wonderful! (I didn’t divide the dough into two portions, I left it as is). I greased the dough with ketchup, and for the filling I used sausage, tomatoes, bell peppers and hard cheese (replacing mozzarella with it). I didn’t add olives or oregano. I had small tomatoes, so I spread them out, filling all the free space. I took a small pepper and added it to the free space. My husband really liked the pizza, he immediately noted its juiciness. Along with this, I liked the softness of the tomatoes and the crispness of the bell pepper. Thank you very much for the recipe!

What I liked most about this dish was the dough. I usually associated homemade pizza with a stale crust that was only tender the day it was made and then dried out. Using the same recipe, I got a surprisingly soft and light dough that melts pleasantly in the mouth and does not at all overwhelm the taste sensations of the filling. The amazing accuracy of the description of the ingredients and the procedure for preparing the dough is also captivating. I got it all perfect. This is very nice))) I love juicy pizzas, they are perceived as very light. The pizza according to this recipe is rich in tomatoes and mozzarella, which makes it surprisingly juicy and appetizing. After it there is absolutely no heaviness in the stomach. The only deviation I made from the recipe was making the sauce. I wanted to make tomato sauce. I scalded them, peeled them, pureed them in a blender, then added spices and evaporated the water on the stove to the desired consistency. Together with the tomatoes, this sauce gave an amazing tenderness to the dish. I was delighted with my cooking! Thanks for the recipe
