STEP 1
Grind the banana in a blender, pour in the milk and mix everything thoroughly. Mix bulk ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder). Pour milk into dry mixture. Heat a frying pan, grease with vegetable oil (only once). Pour a tablespoon of dough into the pan in the form of pancakes. You can have more - pancakes are bigger than pancakes.
STEP 2
Fry pancakes over medium heat until golden brown and turn over. Fry the other side in the same way.
STEP 3
Since these are American pancakes, they are fried without adding oil. You can serve banana pancakes with honey, melted butter, and sour cream. You can decorate the dish with pieces of ripe bananas.
