Tender roll with boiled condensed milk

separate the whites from the yolks

beat the yolks with sugar (take half the sugar), gradually add milk, without ceasing to beat, add vegetable oil. Then add flour. Sift the flour and mix gently.

then carefully add the whites to the dough in several stages

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (I didn’t grease the paper with anything), pour out our dough and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

While the roll is baking, mix boiled condensed milk with butter (at room temperature)

While the roll is warm, I rolled it up, wait about 5 minutes so that it cools down a little and then put out our cream (so it won’t leak out), put it in the refrigerator for about an hour

The finished roll can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, chocolate or, as I did, coconut flakes. Enjoy your tea!
