    Next, add flour to the bowl and stir. If the minced meat turns out to be very liquid, add a little more flour and mix again. It shouldn't be very thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Choose any spices to suit your taste, you can take a ready-made mixture of spices for chicken, but then you will need to reduce the amount of salt, since salt may already be present. Leave the mixture to marinate for half an hour.

Thanks for the wonderful cutlets recipe. I myself have been preparing similar cutlets for a long time, I really love chopped minced chicken, and not ground through a meat grinder.
