Tbilisi khachapuri in Georgian style

Crispy, easy to prepare flatbreads with cheese. Khachapuri is a food that is served hot. For this culinary recipe, I mainly use Imereti cheese, but in Georgian recipes you can also use Adyghe cheese.

Thank you for detailing the recipe for this fabulous dish! The first time I learned what khachapuri was was when an employee, a native of Georgia, brought home-made khachapuri to work. He said that he wouldn’t tell me the detailed recipe, since it is a secret)) And, in addition to hard cheese, you can also use soft cheese, that is, cottage cheese, to make khachapuri, which also turns out incredibly tasty!
