Tartlets with salmon and cheese

STEP 1

How to make tartlets with salmon? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Instead of salmon, you can use any salted or lightly salted red fish. Also choose any cream cheese to suit your taste, you can even add it with additives (for example, herbs). Wash and dry fresh dill. Peel the garlic.
STEP 2

Finely chop the garlic and dill with a knife. If desired, you can pass the garlic through a press.
STEP 3

Also finely chop 50 g of salmon (set the rest of the fish aside) with a knife. The smaller the better.
STEP 4

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped dill and chopped salmon. Mix thoroughly.
STEP 5

Taste the filling and, if necessary, add salt and freshly ground pepper.
STEP 6

Fill a pastry bag with a wide shaped tip with the resulting cheese filling. If suddenly you don’t have such a bag/syringe, you can use a thick bag with a corner cut off. First, transfer the cheese filling to the corner of a tight bag. Then cut off this corner with scissors.
STEP 7

Fill the tartlets with the filling from a pastry bag. You can also do this with a spoon or fork.
STEP 8

Cut the remaining salmon into very thin slices. Roll each slice of fish into a not very tight roll to make a rose like this.
STEP 9

Decorate each tartlet with one of these roses, lightly pressing it into the filling.
STEP 10

Also decorate each basket with small sprigs of fresh dill or any other fresh herbs.
STEP 11

That's all! Tartlets with salmon and cheese are ready.
