Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Grate the zest of one tangerine and lemon. Squeeze the juice from all the tangerines and lemon (you should get about 100 ml). Dissolve vanillin in 1 tablespoon of cognac.
STEP 2
Grind butter with sugar and vanilla.
STEP 3
Add eggs, mix.
STEP 4
Add the juice and zest of lemon and tangerines, stir.
STEP 5
Add flour, milk powder, baking powder, and knead into a soft dough.
STEP 6
Place the dough in a mold greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina (fill the mold 2/3 full).
STEP 7
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the tangerine lemon cake for 20-25 minutes. Switch the oven temperature to 150 degrees and leave there for another 20 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I think it should turn out to be a very tasty pie. Probably, due to the presence of lemon and orange zest, the pie will not be so sweet. This is very pleasing, because I don’t really like the cloyingly sweet taste. And it’s very easy to prepare, which is also nice.
