    Grate the zest of one tangerine and lemon. Squeeze the juice from all the tangerines and lemon (you should get about 100 ml). Dissolve vanillin in 1 tablespoon of cognac.

    Add eggs, mix.

    Add the juice and zest of lemon and tangerines, stir.

    Add flour, milk powder, baking powder, and knead into a soft dough.

    Place the dough in a mold greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina (fill the mold 2/3 full).

Great recipe, I will definitely make it. The cake should turn out very tasty, sweet and sour. I would suggest serving this cupcake with whipped cream, or sour cream and sugar.
