Pour cottage cheese into a bowl. It can be any fat content you like. Add salt and sugar to the cottage cheese. Mix well and add the sifted flour, mix everything again. Beat in the eggs and mix until smooth. The dough is ready.
STEP 3

Place a frying pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil into it and heat it up. Spoon the liquid curd dough onto a heated frying pan and fry on both sides until a beautiful golden color.
STEP 4
