    I placed the pancake on a bamboo mat. I decided to use condensed milk as a spread. After pouring it onto the pancake with a spoon, I spread it with a spatula so that it spread evenly over the entire surface.

    Large nuts will tear the pancake apart, so I decided to use sesame seeds. You can also take more of it than I wrote in the recipe.

    Peel the washed banana. Let's try to level it so that it doesn't break. Or cut off the ends - whichever is more convenient. Place the banana on the pancake.

    And let's start rolling the roll. Let's grab the front edge and, helping with the mat, roll it up. All that remains is to put this beauty in the refrigerator for a couple of 1-2 hours. If you're in a hurry, you can put it in the freezer - literally for half an hour.

    Cut into pieces with a sharp knife, as usual for rolls. Flavor it with your favorite sauces, berries, in short, whatever you like best. It will be very tasty.
