Well, your pears turned out very elegant. I have confidence and taste to match my appearance. You probably should have eaten them immediately after cooling so that the dough wouldn’t get soft

Very beautiful presentation, the taste of the baked pear has always been exquisite, the dessert is much better in puff pastry than simply baked with dried fruits, its smell remains inside and lingers for a long time in the pulp of the pear itself, and the fact that it has not softened completely is how plus, all the most useful things remain with it and you can bite it, and not eat it with a spoon, like malasha porridge. I really liked the idea, it looks festive, you can add a few roasted nuts inside, just a little, they will take away the excess moisture that will certainly form between the layers of dough and the pear itself. I will definitely make it for my granddaughter’s birthday. Thank you, I baked an apple in different variations, but I didn’t guess about the pear))))

The dessert is very tasty, and most importantly healthy, just vitamins. To be honest, I’ve always baked it simply, but I wouldn’t have thought of wrapping it in dough myself. All the juice will remain in the dough, it will be very juicy and tasty. I agree, it is better to use softer pears for this recipe. You can use raisins for the filling, and chopped tangerines would also be nice, they’ll give you some extra juice. Thanks for the recipe, it's really original.

Thanks for the recipe! Very simple and easy to prepare) I haven’t tried it with pears, but I’ve made it with apples, it’s also very tasty and healthy, just like vitamins! And most importantly - quickly. You know, there is always frozen dough in the freezer, in case guests unexpectedly arrive, a winning option! I wanted to experiment with other fruits, but here is your recipe. I'll definitely try it!
