Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 50 mins
STEP 1
Prepare strawberries, flour, sugar, eggs, sunflower oil and boiling water.
STEP 2
Mix eggs with sugar.
STEP 3
Beat the mixture well with a fork, mixer or whisk until foam appears.
STEP 4
Add flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough until smooth.
STEP 5
Pour a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil into a glass, pour the same amount of boiling water over them and pour the resulting mixture into the dough. Let the dough rest for a while.
STEP 6
Line a baking dish with baking paper and pour in the dough.
STEP 7
Place strawberries cut in half on top. They will then drown. Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
STEP 8
Let the pie cool slightly and slice.
STEP 9
Invite everyone over for tea and strawberry pie!
