    Cut large potatoes into arbitrary medium-sized pieces. Leave the small tubers whole; they look very appetizing in the finished dish. For a recipe, I always try to choose potatoes of approximately the same size; I take either all the larger tubers or all the small ones. If possible, use hard potatoes, then they will not be boiled and will look very beautiful on your plate.

    Heat refined vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan. You can use any utensil; potatoes with ribs will be no less tasty if you cook them in a cauldron, a duck pot, or in a frying pan with high edges. Send the ribs to fry. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. It will take 7 to 10 minutes.

I bought pork ribs and wanted to stew them urgently. I really love this dish) I don’t have a pan in which to fry meat, so I fried the ribs in a frying pan and then transferred them to the pan. When the meat is fried, such an appetizing aroma comes out! Then I stewed the ribs with onions and carrots. I tried to choose the same size potatoes, but in the end I just cut them into large pieces. I didn’t stew everything together for long; as soon as the potatoes were ready, I turned off the heat. Instead of tomatoes, I added a little tomato paste for sourness. Seasoned with black pepper and curry. The dish is very tasty, the potatoes are tender, soaked in meat juices. The meat on the ribs is very appetizing and fried. And the gravy is the most delicious, it envelops the meat and potatoes in a thin layer and makes the whole dish juicy and flavorful.

I really love recipes that don’t take a lot of active time to prepare, but the end result is tasty and appetizing. This dish is one of those. The meat on the ribs was soft and juicy. The potatoes were imbued with meaty flavor. From the spices I added pepper, turmeric and coriander. It turned out very tasty and satisfying. I will definitely cook again. The recipe is interesting, but during cooking I encountered a problem: when the ribs and potatoes begin to boil, dirty foam from the ribs appears on top, which cannot be removed because the water is just below the potatoes.
