Stewed chicken with plums
You can use chicken fillet, but the meat from the drumsticks is more tender. It is better to take stronger plums, not soft, so that they do not immediately boil into porridge and a slight sourness is preserved.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Measure out ingredients.
STEP 2

Wash the plums, cut them in half, remove the pits. Cut each half in half.
STEP 3

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
STEP 4

Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop.
STEP 5

Cut the chicken meat into medium pieces.
STEP 6

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it for about 2 minutes.
STEP 7

Add chicken, stir and fry together for another 10 minutes.
STEP 8

Add plums, parsley, salt and pepper to the meat. Mix everything well and simmer over low heat, covered, for another 15 minutes.
