Stewed chicken with plums

You can use chicken fillet, but the meat from the drumsticks is more tender. It is better to take stronger plums, not soft, so that they do not immediately boil into porridge and a slight sourness is preserved.

    Wash the plums, cut them in half, remove the pits. Cut each half in half.
