Peel the sausages from the factory film and cut into not very thin slices.

Therefore, if you see that all the cabbage does not fit into the frying pan, then add it in parts and as it settles, add more and stir.

It happens that you urgently need to use sausages in the refrigerator, and this recipe comes to the rescue))) This is not the first time I have made stewed cabbage with sausages. Only I use a slow cooker for this. First, I saute the carrots and onions in the 'Frying' mode for 5 minutes, and then to prepare the dish I use the 'Stewing' mode. This time I added “Chili” ketchup, since there was no tomato sauce, I was afraid to put more so that the dish would not be too spicy, I added 1 tablespoon, so the cabbage with sausage did not turn out to be a very bright color. I made stewed cabbage with sausages in a frying pan for dinner today. First of all, I put carrots and onions in a frying pan and fried the vegetables for about 5 minutes. Then I added chopped cabbage, mixed everything, closed the frying pan with a lid and left the cabbage to simmer for 15 minutes. After that, I added hot water to make the cabbage soft and juicy. I simmered it for another 20 minutes. And another 7 minutes with tomato paste and bay leaf. I had milk sausages. Before adding to the cabbage, I cooked them a little, literally 5 minutes. Then I chopped it and put it in a frying pan with cabbage, stirred it and kept it on the fire for 5 minutes. The cabbage has reached the point of softness, it has become very juicy and aromatic!
