I’ve been thinking for a long time about what to cook as a side dish for my husband, he loves vegetables. But I don’t have enough imagination) I decided to look for recipes with beets on the website. And I found this simple but interesting recipe for stewed beets with carrots and onions. At first glance, it looks like a dressing for borscht) But why use the same vegetables for a side dish? Moreover, aromatic garlic is added to onions, carrots and beets. For greater harmony, I cut the onion into half rings so that the cutting of all vegetables was approximately the same. The vegetables were first fried and then stewed until tender. For spices I took paprika and a mixture of peppers from the grinder. It turns out this dish is very tasty, juicy, slightly sweet. Great as a side dish. Now I’ll try to do the same, but cutting the vegetables into cubes)
