Steamed protein omelette fluffy
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make a steamed white omelette fluffy? Prepare your food. Take large eggs, preferably homemade ones. Check them for freshness before use. Place the eggs in a container with water at room temperature: if they sink to the bottom, everything is fine, the eggs are fresh. If any of the eggs floats to the surface of the water, it is better not to use it, because... the egg is not the first freshness. We will need milk: regular cow's milk, but you can also take vegetable milk
STEP 2
Actually, our omelet is a protein one, and based on the name, we only need whites. You can also use ready-made factory-made egg whites for cooking. In this case, take 100 ml of protein. If you use regular eggs, you will need to carefully separate the whites from the yolks. I break the egg in half and carefully, using the shell in which I transfer the yolk from one half to the other, pour the white into a separate bowl.
STEP 3
Do not forget to also wash the eggs well beforehand - their shells contain a huge amount of bacteria. Set aside the yolks, cover with film and put them in the refrigerator. In this form they are stored for up to a week and can be used in baked goods and other dishes. Salt the whites, do not put a lot of salt - after all, it is a dietary dish! I use regular sea salt, but according to your taste it can be salt with different additives.
STEP 4
Beat the whites with a fork.

Carefully pour in the milk.
STEP 6
And beat again with a fork.
STEP 7
We will steam the omelette. Any utensils are suitable for steaming: ceramic, porcelain, wood, plastic and silicone. Pour the egg white omelette mixture into the pan of your choice.
STEP 8
Pour a glass of water into the bowl of a double boiler or multicooker with the Steam mode, place a steaming stand on top, and place a form with the omelette mixture on it. Select Steam cooking mode and time 20 minutes.
STEP 9
Serve the omelet hot with fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs. Bon appetit!
