Steamed PP fish cutlets in a slow cooker
For adults and children - tasty and very healthy. These delicious fish cutlets can be steamed not only in a slow cooker, but also in a double boiler. This is an excellent fish dish for dinner for the whole family: dietary, light, healthy, satisfying. Steamed cutlets can be given to babies if you remove the hot pepper!

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 45 mins
STEP 1
Prepare your ingredients. To cook steamed fish cutlets in a slow cooker, we will need: ready-made minced fish (I used minced cod)
STEP 2
Peel the carrots and grate on a medium grater.
STEP 3
If the minced fish is very watery, first squeeze out the excess water. Add carrots, eggs, and fish spices to the minced fish.
STEP 4
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
STEP 5
Form small cutlets from the resulting mass.
STEP 6
Place the fish cutlets in a special steaming dish.
STEP 7
Pour 500-700 ml of water into the multicooker bowl, add bay leaves and allspice peas.
STEP 8
Place the cutlet pan on top.
STEP 9
Cook the cutlets for 30 minutes on the “Steam” mode.
STEP 10
The finished cutlets are tasty and juicy. Any side dish will do. Bon appetit!

Dear Maria, I would like to know the quantity of carrots in grams. Carrots can be large or small, this will change the calorie content.
