To prepare the salad, I needed to boil the beef. But since I learned that you can steam meat in a slow cooker, I prefer this method. I haven’t tried it using foil yet. And in such a fragrant marinade! I had tough, streaky meat. Therefore, I knew in advance that it would take more time than indicated in the recipe. As a result, I cooked for 1.5 hours in the “steam” mode. I liked the marinade. It smells so delicious! I took coriander in beans, it seems to me that it is more fragrant. All herbs are dried. I marinated overnight in a bag in the refrigerator. Thanks to the foil, the meat was literally stewed in its own juices and spices. It turned out juicy and soft. Very well soaked in spices and soy sauce. It tastes hot and spicy. It can be prepared for sandwiches or sliced ​​for a holiday table.
