Steamed meat in a slow cooker

STEP 1
Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2
Pour sunflower oil into the marinade container. If you like olive, that's fine too.
STEP 3
Add soy sauce to the oil.
STEP 4
Add basil, coriander and salt. The quantity and composition of spices can be adjusted to suit your taste - reduce or increase the quantity, remove it altogether, or make your own combination. The main thing is that you like the aroma of the finished marinade (note that onions and garlic are also added to the marinade).
STEP 5
Peel and squeeze the garlic into the marinade, mix everything well.
STEP 6
Cut the onion into fairly thin half rings.
STEP 7
Place the meat in a convenient container and pour the marinade over it. Massage the meat well so that it accepts the marinade.
STEP 8
Add onion to meat.
STEP 9
Mix well and put in the refrigerator for half an hour to marinate.
STEP 10
Place half of the onion from the meat on foil.
STEP 11
Place the meat and remaining onion on top.
STEP 12
Wrap the meat tightly in foil.
STEP 13
Place the meat in a slow cooker (on the rack) or in a steamer and cook for 30 minutes.
STEP 14
Let the finished meat rest for about 10 minutes, then either cut and serve, or let it cool completely and leave for later. This meat is also good in salads.
