To make the dish as healthy as possible, cook them without the skin. Salt can also be any kind. Now in stores there are types of salt that, in addition to the salt itself, also contain a certain amount of seasonings: for example, Adyghe salt or black salt. Which one to choose is up to you.

    To prepare this dish you will need a slow cooker. Take a multicooker bowl and pour clean filtered water into the bottom. Pour the amount of water depending on your multicooker model - read about this in the instructions. In mine, 200 ml is enough to steam chicken. If you wish, you can add bay leaf, allspice and any other seasonings to the water to taste - then the chicken will be more aromatic.

    Place chicken on it. I recommend not salting the chicken before cooking, but salting it at the very end, when the dish is already cooked. Salt removes liquid, but we need the chicken to remain juicy. Cook the chicken in a slow cooker in the “Steam” mode for 25 minutes. After the signal, open the lid and remove the chicken. Salt it to taste and serve.

Having seen a recipe for steamed chicken in a slow cooker, I decided to cook a small breast this way. At your own risk, salt the breast before cooking. I also rubbed it with paprika and curry. I left it to marinate for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I poured hot water into the multicooker bowl and took 300 ml. with reserve. According to the author’s advice, I put a bay leaf and a couple of allspice peas into the water. I steamed the chicken for 25 minutes. I determined readiness by piercing the meat with a knife. It was already soft and clear juice stood out. The breast turned out juicy and fragrant! But I still advise you to salt the meat after cooking, it will be juicier and healthier. I sliced ​​the breast while it was still warm and we had a delicious snack with sandwiches.
