A couple of years ago I already made cookies like this, when I had to use currant jam. I was very pleased with the recipe. And so again, when I had to recycle last year’s apple jam, I immediately remembered this recipe. These squares are made very quickly, and the results are great! There is practically no dough, only a thin layer of crispy crumbs, which goes well with the jam inside. It is very tasty when the jam has a slight sourness. I adjusted the recipe a little to suit myself. I take less oil, 100 grams, and the crumbs turn out normal. I don’t cover the ceramic mold with parchment; everything is taken out normally and cut into pieces. Maria, thank you so much for this recipe! Our family loves these cookies))) I highly recommend this recipe to those who don’t like a lot of dough in the product. And here is my photo report, there is only one cookie left for the photo)))
