STEP 1
We prepare the necessary ingredients for preparing delicious, fiery Siberian-style adjika.
STEP 2
Peel and coarsely chop one kilogram of bell pepper, then grind it in a meat grinder.
STEP 3
Cut one kilogram of carrots into random pieces and grind in a meat grinder.
STEP 4
Coarsely chop half a kilogram of parsley.
STEP 5
Alternating parsley with half a kilogram of garlic, grind in a meat grinder, adding two chili peppers in the process.
STEP 6
Pour five tablespoons of 6% vinegar into a large saucepan.
STEP 7
Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of vegetable oil into a saucepan, add two hundred and thirty grams of sugar and two hundred grams of salt.
STEP 8
Place eight hundred grams of homemade tomato paste in a saucepan.
STEP 9
Place the vegetables, grated in a meat grinder, into a large, large saucepan.
STEP 10
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the pan until smooth and let sit for thirty minutes.
STEP 11
We got three and a half liters of delicious and aromatic adjika from fresh vegetables, which we put into small sterilized jars.
STEP 12
We wash the plastic lids well and fill them with boiling water, after which we close the jars with the prepared adjika with them.
STEP 13
We store prepared fresh and aromatic adjika in the cellar or refrigerator.
