STEP 1
Add soda to the heated honey, without bringing it to a boil, and mix well.
STEP 2
Beat eggs with sugar.
STEP 3
Melt the butter.
STEP 4
Add melted butter to beaten eggs.
STEP 5
Mixing well, add honey little by little.
STEP 6
Mix flour with cocoa.
STEP 7
Knead the dough, adding flour in portions to the egg-honey mixture.
STEP 8
Knead the soft elastic dough a little with your hands.
STEP 9
Divide the finished dough into 10-12 equal parts.
STEP 10
Roll out each part on parchment into a pancake and cut out an even circle from it.
STEP 11
The trimmings can be used for another cake.

Before baking, prick the cakes with a fork and bake at 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, beat two egg whites with powdered sugar until fluffy.
STEP 14
Place the whipped whites on a baking pan lined with parchment. Bake at minimum temperature until the meringue is ready.
STEP 15
Beat the cream with powdered sugar into cream.
STEP 16
Place the cooled cakes, layer by layer with cream, on top of each other.
STEP 17
Apply cream to the last layer as well.
STEP 18
Place egg white meringue on top. Rich honey cake with delicate cream is ready. Enjoy your tea!
