What an interesting pie! Lately, I’ve also started to think about healthy food and figure - there is no benefit from a lot of sweets, and I have such a sweet tooth.. Thanks for the recipe to add to my collection of healthy pies! I’ve only ever made cottage cheese pies like this before, but now I’ll learn how to make sour cream too! Hello. Thank you for the good and interesting pie recipe, but I have a question - the recipe requires adjustments, there are small inaccuracies. You said to do everything strictly according to the recipe - in the recipe, milk goes into the dough, but in your description sour cream went into the recipe. Then what’s in the filling?..I’m a little confused...But the recipe is very good)
