    I had frozen squid rings. They need to be thawed, cut into pieces 1-1.5 cm

    Cut thawed broccoli florets into pieces

    Bring the squid to a boil in the broth and add the broccoli. Bring to a boil again.

    Add tomatoes to the consistency you like. Some people like it thicker, some like it thinner. Add rice (I boil rice in advance and freeze it in portions so that I can quickly add it later and not waste time on cooking). Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add salt, add herbs (preferably fresh, of course) and garlic. Remove from heat. That's all! If desired, add yogurt or sour cream to the finished dish.
